Complete Harmony is a 6-bed residential care facility for residents 60 years of age and older. Equipped with a highly trained staff of 24/7 on-site caregivers, our goal is to provide the highest quality of care daily.

Complete Harmony is a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom home In Van Nuys, boasting 2 private and 2 semi-private rooms. There is one shared bathroom in room 2 and a hallway bathroom. The home was renovated during the pandemic, making it a safe, accessible, and convenient option for you or your loved ones.
Care Providers
Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) is a term used for the daily tasks we carry out. The 6 basic ADLs include walking, feeding, dressing, hygiene, continence, and toileting. Our staff of highly trained caregivers have undergone training to safely provide each of these ADL services.
